Reflection - At MERLOT's 2007 International Conference in New Orleans, my partner and I presented a workshop on use of digital portfolio in supporting faculty development. The presentation incorporated discussion on readiness of institutions to engage in systematic ePortfolio systems, the current state of ePortfolio in North Amercia and beyond, and approaches to using ePortfolio to track faculty development - particularly against state and national standards. The presentation was identified as one of the best for the 2007 conference and we received a letter of appreciation from the conference chair.
