    Innovator --> Business Leader

Reflection - I have had the opportunity to engage in leading business innovation and to create and develop business tools and technologies. As a business leader I believe I have become increasingly entrepreneurial and opportunistic - able to resolve solutions from business needs. I was recently chosen to act as an eBusiness Navigator for local small companies and hope to do more of that in future, both as a consultant and as a community innovator.

Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage. (Victor Kiam)
