Reflection - As Learning Manager in the Business Information Technology Diploma Program, I developed and facilitated courses in information technology, including programming (VB), systems hardware, and networking. In my final year of instruction at Holland College, I developed and facilitated the Internet Marketing and Electronic Commerce program delivered in blended format through WebCT online and a series of face-to-face seminars.
