Experience Organization/Context: NSCC Reflection - Beginning in 2002, I worked with the School of Applied Arts & New Media to engage with the Microsoft Developer Network Academic Alliance (MSDNAA). Initially, there was only one license and I led the development of the site used by learners to book software, distributed as sign-out software by libraries. Over time, I facilitated discussion with the various campuses and developed a recommendation that each campus have its own license, trained campus faculty to manage those licenses, while supporting the initiative at the highest level of engagement with Microsoft and E-Academcy (Microsoft's distribution arm for MSDNAA).
