Activities - To achieve this competency, I:
- Manage ongoing service level agreements between InnovaIT and its clients
- Conduct Quality Assurance work for InnovaIT clients
- Help InnovaIT clients and NSCC to define user requirements for RFPs and Academic Systems and Processes development

- Define user needs through facilitated discussion
- Receive and analyse Quality Assurance requests
- Respond to Quality Assurance requests
