Reflection - InnovaIT rose from the ashes of NorthSeas Software after we closed it down in 2002. NorthSeas was formed to create new products/solutions and product approaches; InnovaIt was created to sell and promote that technology. Originally the poartnership was formed between me and my designer, Jeff Harold. Later, Jeff left and my wife Mary Elizabeth O'Toole became senior partner for Organizational Development.

In the intervening decade, InnovaIT has expanded the original plan moving from a basic website developer with limited scripting, to a firm capable of developing sophisticated object-oriented and cloud-based/integrated enterprise solutions. At the same time, the focus has been moving again from a development shop towards a solution architect/business analysis service.
