Reflection - This course is a requirement for the credential of Certified Management Consultant. It was delivered online with synchronous class meetings amd team meetings. The course was accompanied by a reader of key articles on management consulting and the online classes supplemented the reading with discussion, cases, and presentations.
A key part of the course was the team project. I was part of a team of six consultants assigned to take a mock client through a full engagement for a general consulting project. The project required regular professional deliverables over the course of three months including a letter of memorandum, diagnosis, action plan, implementation report and termination document.
