Reflection - I will develop documentation, supporting systems, and process quality assurance to ensure that NSCC's Program renewal Framework and operational processes are comprehensive, effective, and consistent.

Challenges: Process fatigue - concern that the current air of Quality Improvement and process development may become wearying for some key stakeholders Team-building - the right team will need to come together to ensure effective representation as well as achieving effective consensus
Action Plan: Confirm/develop team membership Provide context and vision for objectives Establish SMART goals for team deliverables Enable, empower and enthuse team members to the task Examine existing materials, practices, documentation Compare existing status against desired vision Address gaps and set tasks and timelines Conduct research (including experience of other Canadian colleges) and provide analysis Check in regularly with senior stakeholders Monitor and support progress against tasks and timelines Provide systems support for developing documentation Create opportunities for communication of progress and discoveries Deliver comprehensive document by Christmas 2010 Document Lessons learned Recognize team achievement
