Business Analyst --> Educational Consultant
Reflection - The role of educational consultant is a good fit with my current skills and goals, providing the opportunity to conduct continuing research into both IT skills and curriculum as well as educational design and delivery. While I am largely assigned to IT Education, I am also working to continue to develop in areas including academic professional development, educational technology, portfolio and ePortfolio.
As an educational consultant much of my work has to do with exploring client needs, examining options for resolution of those needs, conducting research into those options, analysing impacts including change management issues, and relationship-building.
