Reflection - My leadership roles in academic projects reflect a natural process-orientation that accompanies my participative management style. From my leadership as coordinator for the Student Connections project at Cabot College in 1998 through the Project Coordinator role for eBusiness Curriculum at NSCC (2001) to Project Lead in several strategic projects as Curriculum Consultant and Committee Chair (NSCC 2002-2009), I have frequently been asked to take the lead in planning, implementing, and concluding numerous simultaneous academic projects. One strong endorsement of my project management capability is illustrated in my role in develop a Project Management Framework in the College. A personal contribution is shown in the attached media - the Academic Project Management Framework which I proposed to the team at the outset of the initiative.
