Assignments --> Web Calendar Technology Plan
Organization/Context: NSCC ASPC
Reflection - In February 2004, the Dean's Council commissioned a team to look into technology to support the archival, distribution and communication of NSCCs curriculum. The first phase required the development of a technology plan to support the college's web and print calendar production.
As chair of this committee, I worked with a small team of internal staff and stakeholders to develop technical requirements, training and user documentation, and a technology development plan to manage the cycle of activity that results in the production of our program presentation on the web and the annual print calendar.
I maintain responsibility for coordinating the annual review of print calendar extracted from the web calendar and I developed processes and forms to ensure the calendar's completion on time each June/July.
