Reflection - This PDF version of the developing Program Renewal Framework at NSCC represents the culmination of close to a year of research, analysis, negotiation, relationship building, design, and collaboration to achieve a model for program renewal acceptable to a broad spectrum of stakeholders at NSCC. As lead for the project, I was asked to streamline the former Framework for Informed Decision-Making (FID) and to deliver a model better aligned to ongoing program review activity.
