    Academic --> Mentor/ Teacher

Reflection - I have been a teacher in various institutions since 1989, and previous to that assumed informal roles as mentor in my work in financial and lottery organizations. As a teacher, I have only taught adults. I am pretty sure that I would not enjoy teaching younger children outside of the paternal influence on my own children and grandchildren. I have both undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in education and will likely seek to conduct original research in doctoral studies (Ed. Doc. or Ph.D.) in a related area.
